7/16/2021 2021 Resilience RumbleLet’s Get Ready To Rumbllllllllle!!! Each year we usually have a fun, internal competition, called the Resilience Rumble.
Last year, we did not have our typical event. We normally cancel the Saturday classes, participate in our pre-determined teams, go home to shower, then come back to the gym for a fun grill and chill type of hang out. THIS YEAR… we decided EVERYONE needs some more fun and entertainment in our lives to spur the community spirit again. That is why we are going to have a week-long Resilience Rumble event, coinciding with the CrossFit Games week. This years Resilience Rumble will be Games-themed! This is going to be a ton of fun! WHAT? Quick Details/Info: - Both CrossFit AND RUSH members will be participating. - No Pre-determined teams, just show up to classes like you normally do now. - There will be individual workouts and team workouts like we normally do in classes. - Let’s workout and have fun. - We will culminate the week with a Grill & Chill-type event on the Saturday afternoon of that week!
Monday July 26 - Saturday July 31st More details to come as we get closer! For now… be on the lookout for workout hints from our programmer Jon Moreno…!

And since everyone is an athlete, everyone needs a little mobility in their lives! Let's keep your body Mobile, Strong, and Fit so you can crush your Dad Life.
This is a new class, geared towards new clientele. It will focus primarily on the High-School-Gym-type strength work, but programmed and led by a coach so you don't try to come back to the gym too hard, too fast, etc. and hurt yourself. I want to collect and convey some, if not all, of the ideas, beliefs, foundations, etc. that make Resilience, Resilience. I have a lot of easy ones that come to mind for me, but I would love to hear from you all what you think makes us different, and what about us is important enough to you that we should share it with every one of our members. Here are the general, overarching topics that all of the subcategories would fall under:
Realistically most of the subcategories will fall under FITNESS, as they probably should for our business. As an example, you could say something like... I love how Warm and Welcoming everyone is at Resilience. My first interaction with the coaches and the members really impressed upon me that this was not going to be a regular gym experience. People care about you, want to get to know you, and want you to succeed. I might take that and turn it into a bullet point under FAMILY --> Relationships:
Or it could be as simple as... I love the phrase you guys say, "Movement is Medicine." Hopefully you get the picture. This is a powerful project to me that will eventually live on our website, for all of our members to just know and be able to reference. THIS is where people and members will be able to go to really understand what Resilience is all about. 12/29/2020 Resilience Nutrition Challenge 2021!RESILIENCE NUTRITION CHALLENGE 2021! THIS IS OUR BIGGEST EVENT EVERY YEAR YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS We believe Nutrition can be boiled down to three things: Quality, Quantity, Consistency.
Our main goal with our nutrition program and gym-wide events like this, our annual Resilience Nutrition Challenge, is to help everyone find what works best for you and fits into your lifestyle to keep you healthy, strong, and fit for life. NOT just the duration of the challenge. The very first Resilience Nutrition Challenge we did, back in January 2013, 100% changed my life forever from that point on. I developed the healthy homeostasis nutrition habits that will last me a lifetime. So if this is your first nutrition challenge with us, we can't wait to help you have the same kind of experience! If this is an annual thing for you, you know this is a great time to not just think you are doing the right things, but to focus on them and ensure you are doing the right things. Let's cleanse the system with proper nutrition and fitness! Take a look at this year's information packet about the challenge. That will give you an overview of what is to come. But we will have an Information Kick-Off Meeting (Zoom) where we will answer any additional questions you may have after reading all of the packet. Information Kick-Off Meeting = Sunday, 1/10
