ABOUT THE PROGRAM.
Your team building starts here.
Too often our young athletes only focus on sports-specific practice. A holistic approach to our athletes’ physical and athletic development should focus on building the foundations of proper nutrition, metabolic conditioning, and structural balance strength. That’s what these sessions are geared towards. Getting the athletes strong and fit so they can limit injuries and excel on the field, court, pool, etc. This will be very different than a regular class if your athletes have taken one of our Kids or Teens classes here before.
This program is designed for a group of athletes with common goals. Whether that be training for a specific sport, looking to just get strong, and/or working on speed and agility, we will help you reach your goals. This may be a sports-specific team or a group of neighborhood friends.

Lacrosse
Participating in the Varsity Program at Resilience was a great way to get in shape for the lacrosse season and spend time with my teammates. I had never really gone to a gym before, and the coaches were really great in teaching us how to use the equipment safely. Every night of the program we were pushed to do our best, and it really helped keep us in shape during the winter!
Beth Koehler – HHS Senior, Lacrosse Captain 2018
Volleyball
CrossFit was a great workout and I enjoyed going every week. The coaches really helped me target and improve specific areas I needed to work on for Volleyball. After the eight weeks, I felt much stronger and more confident for the upcoming season! Thank you Resilience CrossFit!
Angie Grabmeier – HHS Junior, Volleyball Captain 2018
I had such a great experience with Resilience preparing for volleyball season. Jackie and the other coaches took a lot of time with each of us and always encouraged us to push ourselves. I began the program with a pre-existing back injury and Jackie always made sure that each exercise would be safe for my back. She would always help modify exercises as needed. I saw so much improvement from the first week to the final test week and it has helped me both in volleyball and with healing my back.
Lydia Rudden – HHS Senior, Volleyball 2018
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a year-round sport and over the summer we like to try and change things up for the girls. Resilience CrossFit provided our top athletes with a great balance of mobility, pre-hab, and strength and conditioning throughout the summer. The girls not only came out stronger and healthier, with astonishing gains in strength and fitness, but had a blast doing it. The coaching at Resilience is some of the best around!
Tara Pasiakos – Elite Gymnastics Academy Coach
This past summer, Resilience CrossFit focused on strength and mobility with my teammates and I. Gymnastics is a very demanding sport both physically and mentally. Spending two hours a week at Resilience CrossFit helped me get stronger, addressed my weaknesses, and worked to prevent future injuries. I’m grateful for the opportunity I had, and I hope to do it again next summer.
Rebekah Lashley
At Resilience CrossFit we focused more on mobility and flexibility, which is essential for gymnastics. We also used percentages of our max weights in order to become stronger while maintaining healthy joints. Stations for flexibility, mobility, and strength training were set up around the gym each day and we always finished with a conditioning piece focused on strength and endurance. Resilience Crossfit positively impacted our gymnastics throughout the summer and it will be used during this competition season as well.

Gymnastics is a mentally and physically demanding sport which challenges and stresses each and every part of the body. Resilience CrossFit they provided a well-balanced program for us pushing our bodies to be the best and most prepared they can be. We were not only working out and pushing each other to our limits, but we were enjoying every minute of it. We did various workouts and after each we became stronger, faster and/or more flexible than we were the previous week. By the end of the summer, we were healthier and stronger than when we started. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work and learn from the coaches at Resilience and am very excited for future summer workouts there!
