ABOUT TEENS PROGRAM.
Programming for 7th to 12th graders.
Our programming is customized to the unique adolescent development needs of the Middle School and High School athletes. We have found that small groups of 4-8 friends with same or similar athletic goals work best for seasonal scheduling and producing results. Let’s gather a group and get to work!

- Customized to the group’s schedule.
- Scheduled between 3:00-5:00pm or at/after 7:15pm.
- 1-2 sessions / week is typical, but we will do what the group wants.
- We ask for a minimum of an 8-week commitment.

- Ranges from $25-$35 / person / session
